Regulation
USForex Inc. d/b/a OFX is registered as a Money Service Business at the federal level with the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (“FinCEN”), which is a bureau of the United States Department of Treasury.
State Licensing
OFX is licensed as a money transmitter by the relevant state regulatory agency in the U.S. states listed here.
OFX Business Platform
The following agreements apply to US OFX business Clients who access services on our enhanced OFX Business platform on or after September 30, 2025 and those existing business Clients who have been changed to this enhanced OFX Business platform from the date of our email notice.
Currently, this won’t include existing business Customers using our OFX FX Platform. For existing business Customers using our OFX FX Platform, see our OFX FX Platform Terms below.

OFX Advisors
The Advisor Terms and Conditions apply to those Advisors who have been added to act on behalf of a Client’s OFX Business Account.

The Terms and Conditions and OFX mobile App listed below apply to our business clients who have not been notified of an upgrade to the OFX Business Platform.

In order for personal customers to register and utilize OFX services, OFX must provide certain disclosures electronically. The following agreement applies to personal customers to consent to electronic delivery of communications from OFX:
Direct Debit Agreement – ACH
For all Clients and Customers (Business or personal), to fund your transactions using Direct Debit (ACH), you must pre-authorize USForex o/a OFX “OFX” to debit your bank account with a debit agreement (“Direct Debit Agreement”). The Direct Debit Agreement sets out terms and conditions upon which OFX will initiate debits from your bank account.
For Business Clients on the OFX Business Platform, you can find your Direct Debit Agreement in your OFX Business Account.
For Customers (business or personal) using the OFX FX Platform, you can download a copy of your Direct Debit Agreement once you enter into the Direct Debit Agreement with us using the OFX FX Platform.
