Introductory Rate Terms and Conditions.

The introductory rate is (i) available to new personal customers of USForex Inc. dba OFX who have registered from 1 April 2021 and have not dealt; (ii) for the first spot transfer only if that transfer is self-booked by the customer in our online platform; and (iii) in sell and buy currencies of USD, CAD, AUD, NZD, GBP, EUR, SGD. Offer not available (i) to customers on pre-arranged fixed rates; (ii) to customers referred by OFX partners; or (iii) in conjunction with any other offers. OFX reserves the right to withdraw the offer at any time. All transactions are governed by OFX Terms and Conditions which includes information in relation to Margin which is how we make our money.

Q: What are the eligibility criteria to receive this introductory rate?

1. NEW personal customers in US, (registered under the USForex Limited) from 1 April 2021 who have not dealt/made their first transfer.

2. Available for the first spot transfer only if that transfer is self-booked online, and not for subsequent transfers.

3. Eligible currencies include USD, CAD, AUD, NZD, GBP, EUR ,SGD only. 

The promotion is not available to customers referred by OFX partners, to customers on a pre-arranged fixed customer rate, or in conjunction with any other offers.

Q: What types of transfers does the introductory rate apply to?

A: The introductory rate applies to first-time spot transfers. This introductory rate does not apply to subsequent transfers of any kind.

Q: What currencies does this introductory rate apply to?

A: Eligible clients can transfer between the following currencies – USD, CAD, AUD, NZD, GBP, EUR, SGD. Currencies not listed in this section will be ineligible for transfer under the introductory rate.

Q: What happens if the offer has expired by the time I am ready to transfer?

A: All transfers must be initiated prior to the expiration of the introductory offer. OFX reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time.
