OFX Mobile App

At OFX, we value your privacy and have made it easy for you to request the deletion of an account created through an OFX app if you wish.

Here’s how you can do it. 

Using the app:

1. Log in to the app.

2. Go to ‘Settings’.

3. Select ‘Account deletion’ to request the closure of your account.

Email us at customer.service@ofx.com with details of your request.

Once you request to delete your account, we will process your request and close your account with OFX.

If we are required to retain data associated with your OFX account for a certain period due to legal or other legitimate reasons, we will let you know via email when we confirm your account is closed.

We have an OFX mobile app for Apple and Android users.

To ensure you are getting the best possible security, functionality and experience, we periodically update our OFX Mobile App. From April 24, 2024, we no longer support mobile app versions older than 3.8.1.

This means that prior to April 24, 2024, we recommend you update the OFX Mobile App.

The currently supported version of the OFX Mobile App is 3.8.2 or higher. OFX will continue to support those using version 3.8.1 but if you are using version 3.8.0 (or an even earlier version) this will no longer be supported.

Love your phone but its operating software is too old to support the current app version? That’s ok. Our website is mobile-friendly, so you can log in to your account using your browser (E.g. Safari, Chrome, etc…) on your mobile or tablet devices.
