Terms and Conditions
The introductory 0.45% FX Margin offer is available to new Australian-based business clients who have registered under OzForex Limited from June 12 2024 to March 31 2025 but have not dealt and enter into foreign exchange transactions for AUD, CAD, CHF, EUR, GBP, HKD, JPY, NZD, SGD and USD only by this date. These clients are either using: (i) existing services under our OFX Terms and Conditions; or (ii) our new OFX Australia Business Platform under our OFX General Terms and Conditions (Business) save for some exclusions. Namely; that the 0.45.% FX Margin is not available to (a) business clients of OzForex who have dealt; (b) online sellers under our Global Currency Account Terms of service; (c) clients who have been referred to OFX by one of our alliance or enterprise partners; or (d) card transactions under our OFX Card Agreement (Business). OFX offers customised rates for high-value transfers and business clients under our existing services and our new platform. The offer is for a limited time only. OFX reserves the right to withdraw the offer at any time. All transactions are governed by the OFX Terms and Conditions or OFX General Terms and Conditions (Business) which includes information in relation to Margin which is how we make our money. Can our business use OFX for free?
Yes absolutely, the Business plan is free for up to three users.
How do I know if Business Plus is right for my business?
Business Plus offers more users, scale and access to our full suite of expense management solutions to help businesses with their more complex needs.
How can I manage our plan?
You can upgrade, downgrade or switch anytime within your dashboard by going to “Billing” under “Setup” in the account dashboard or contacting us directly.
Can I add features or users without upgrading to the Business Plus plan?
Unfortunately not. If you would like to have more than three users or access to our expense management solution you will need to upgrade to our Business Plus plan.
How do I cancel our Business Plus plan?
You can cancel anytime by reaching out to business@ofx.com 24 hours before your next billing cycle starts.
How does the 30-day free trial work?
The 30-day free trial starts from the date your OFX Business Account is approved, or the date you opt into the Business Plus plan (whichever is earlier). At the end of the free trial, your plan will roll-over into the standard monthly billing cycle using the payment method you provided at sign-up. You may cancel your free trial at anytime before the end of the trial period by reaching out to business@ofx.com.
