With improved features and a more user-friendly interface, plus the things you know and love, our new OFX Australia Business Platform is here to provide you more control over your FX payments and financial operations.
A sneak peek into the upgraded features of your account
- Access to global business accounts (or wallets). You’ll receive an AUD account to start with, your home base for managing all your FX payments
- Ability to accept payments in 30+ currencies and hold currency in your accounts as needed
- Local currency details are also available in USD, EUR, GBP and CAD
- Create and track payments directly in the platform, with oversight of payment status, recent payments and deposits into your AUD account
- Your recipients and transaction history will be securely moved to the new platform
- Option to create up to 3 OFX Visa debit employee cards and unlimited subscription cards to process online transactions, vendor payments or travel expenses

Legal information
Please review our updated legal documents that will apply to your OFX Business Account from the date specified in our email to you.
We’ve also updated our Product Disclosure Statement (PDS), which has details of the new services and the changes to fees that apply when your business account is upgraded.
Key updates to the PDS include:
- We’ve removed the $15 transaction fee for FX payments below AU$10k (or a foreign currency equivalent).
- A $10 fee applies for payments via SWIFT. You can avoid this fee by using OFX-supported local payment rails, where available.*
- A $5 fee applies to receive funds via SWIFT. You can avoid this fee by using OFX-supported local Account Credentials in AUD, GBP, USD, CAD and EUR.
- 20 free domestic transactions per month on the Business Plan (200 included on Business Plus). A $1 fee applies per transaction thereafter.
- Our new OFX Australia Business Platform now includes OFX Global Accounts and OFX Card services.
