Skander Malcolm
Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director
Skander Malcolm joined OFX in February 2017 as CEO.
Skander has more than 23 years’ experience in financial services including payments technology platforms in both established and emerging markets. As President and CEO of GE Capital (ANZ), he led a team of more than 4,500 employees with an emphasis on delivering sustainable growth and operational excellence.
While in the UK, Skander Malcolm launched the country’s first and largest digital personal loan business, Hamilton Direct Bank, which grew to more than £3 billion in its first five years. While at GE, he also facilitated GE’s largest ever volunteer donation to OzHarvest and bolstered participation in employee volunteering by 40%.
He holds a Bachelor of Economics from University of Sydney and was selected by the Chairman for GE’s most senior Executive Development Program.
Selena Verth
Chief Financial Officer
Selena Verth joined OFX in October 2017 as Chief Financial Officer. Selena has more than 17 years of experience in finance, analytics, M&A and risk across various roles.
Selena’s previous role was Head of Finance – Platforms, Superannuation and Investments and Head of Wealth Analytics and Insight at BT Financial Group Australia. Prior to this, Selena held a number of senior financial roles within GE, including Leader, Financial Planning and Analysis and Commercial Finance for GE Global Growth and Operations, ANZ; and Director of Business Development for GE Australia.
Selena has a Bachelor of Commerce and an Executive MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management, and is a Certified Practicing Accountant.


Josh Goines
Chief Growth Officer
Josh joined OFX in February 2024 as President, North America and transitioned to Chief Growth Officer in October 2025.
Josh has over 20 years’ experience establishing and scaling innovative businesses at the intersection of financial services, payments, and software. Prior to joining OFX, Josh has worked in a variety of senior roles at a range of FinTech and payment companies including BILL, PayPal, Intuit, Tempo Payments and Green Dot. In addition, he acted as an advisor to Costanoa Ventures, a Silicon Valley based venture capital firm.
His experience spans business development, general management, strategy, finance, working across B2C and B2B, leading large global teams and working in both public and private companies.
Josh holds a Master of Business Administration from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Spanish from Claremont McKenna College.
Francois Henrion
Global Head of Product at OFX
Francois Henrion is a Chartered Accountant and CFA Charter holder, with extensive experience in global financial markets and fintech innovation. Starting his career at Deloitte, Francois specialised in complex derivative valuations before transitioning to the trading floors of investment banks, where he held leadership roles overseeing financial and treasury operations at a global level.
Francois co-founded Paytron, a fintech company recognised for its cutting-edge payment solutions, which was acquired by OFX in 2023. He now serves as Global Head of Product at OFX, driving the integration of Paytron’s platform into the company’s global corporate customer base. His leadership has been instrumental in transforming financial technology platforms into flagship solutions for publicly listed companies.
