Pricing Plan FAQs
Can I use OFX for free?
Yes, you can use our Standard plan. Our Full Suite plan is also free for 30-days.
You can upgrade, downgrade or switch anytime within your dashboard. Simply go to “Billing” under “Setup” in the account dashboard or contact us directly.
How does the 30-day free trial work?
The 30-day free trial starts from the date your OFX Business Account is approved, or the date you opt into the Full Suite plan (whichever is earlier).
At the end of the free trial, your plan will roll-over into the standard monthly billing cycle using the payment method you provided at sign-up.
You may cancel your free trial at any time before the end of the trial period by reaching out to business@ofx.com or to your dedicated account manager.
How do I know if Standard plan is right for my business?
If you’re a smaller business looking to streamline your finances, the Standard plan allows you to manage and automate payments in 30+ currencies.
How do I know if Full Suite is right for my business?
If you’re looking to eliminate manual and busy work, Full Suite offers access to enhanced controls and automation, plus advanced tools like approvals and spend management to reclaim time.
How do I know if Custom is right for my business?
