When did you first become a client of OFX?

I think it was 2001 – first year of trading.

Why did you choose OFX?

It was the first online forex operation that I was aware of, it seemed like a great idea as it saved money and time when compared to banks.

What has your experience of using OFX been like?

You have been customer focused from the beginning and nothing has changed to this day. The platform continues to be simple and intuitive.

First rate. I can’t recall having a problem with anything and so our need to speak with someone is minimal. If we have any questions they are answered promptly and professionally by our assigned contact.

The customer experience has been very good from the start. The website interface is so simple and clean that it is easy to make the transfer you’d like to make. I don’t recall any IT or website issues that have affected us.

Yes, many times. OFX saves time and money and is completely reliable.

Tim Consolante

Mobile Centre Limited, Managing Director

When did you first become a client of OFX?

2006

Why did you choose OFX?

Back in the day you used to have to fill out a physical form for the bank. I was looking for a much simpler and easier option to save time and effort. OFX was recommended to me by another business.

What has your experience of using OFX been like?

Business used to be more based on relationships. But it has become transactional. I like that I can still pick up the phone and speak to my OFXpert, Jake. I have been looked after if I have had any problems and the price has been fair. It’s easy and simple. I get a call every week selling foreign currency services, but why would I change?

What has your experience been of the people at OFX you’ve interacted with?

All the people I have dealt with have been professional. Jake is a pleasure to work with – whether its buying forward contracts or a simple query. We’ve built a great relationship over time.

How have you seen the customer experience change since you first became a client?

The way we do business has changed. We now work with OFX to forward buy currency to manage the risk associated with currency fluctuations.

Have you ever recommended OFX as a service? And if so, why did you recommend us?

Yes, we have recommended OFX to others. You can log into the online platform and the job is done easily. Or call up, and book on the phone. The payments are fast. It’s very seamless and efficient. What more could I want?
