Do I still need to remember any security questions associated with my OFX account?

Yes. Whilst we have rolled out 2-Step Verification on our digital channels, being the secure website and mobile app, which means you will no longer be asked to answer your security question when using these channels, when contacting us over the phone, we might still ask you to answer your security question to ensure that we are speaking to the right person.
