OFX appoints global B2B payment specialist as Regional President, North America

31 January 2024 – SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA – OFX Group Limited (OFX) has appointed Josh Goines as its new Regional President, North America, commencing 1 February 2024. Mr Goines joins OFX’s Global Executive Team and his appointment underscores OFX’s strategic focus as a B2B payments specialist.

Based in San Francisco, Mr Goines has extensive operating experience in the payments and software industries as well as in establishing and growing innovative businesses. He was formerly SVP, Strategic Partnerships and Business Development at BILL (NASDAQ: “BILL”) where he led the strategy and execution of BILL’s collaboration with key ecosystem partners such as JPMorgan Chase, Bank of America, American Express and Visa.

Prior to that he was Senior Director, Global Business Development at PayPal (NASDAQ: “PYPL”) where he led its transformation to an open digital commerce platform for new partners such as banks and the global payment networks. He also developed strategic partnerships with Visa and Mastercard and led the re-design of PayPal’s user interface as well as its business development and go-to-market strategies.

Mr Goines’s previous positions include senior roles at Tempo Payments and Green Dot. He also acted as an advisor to Costanoa Ventures, a Silicon Valley based venture capital firm.
