What Should I Do If I Have Problems Installing Or Using The App

If you have any issues with our mobile app, please email mobileapps@ofx.com with the following details, so one of our team members can help you:

  • Device being used
  • Which version of operating system is on your phone
  • A screenshot of the issue

NOTE: The currently supported version of the OFX App is 3.7.2 or higher. If you are using version 3.7.0 (or an even earlier version) this will no longer be supported.
