What should I do if I have problems installing or using the OFX Mobile App?
If you have difficulty using the OFX Mobile App, please email customer.service@ofx.com with the following details, so one of our OFXperts can help you:
- The device you are using to access the OFX Mobile App
- What version of the OFX Mobile App is downloaded on your device
- A screenshot of the issue
Please note: you must ensure your OFX Mobile App is updated to use the most recent version. From 1 September 2023, we no longer support mobile app versions older than 3.7.1.
