What if I don’t receive a verification code via text message?

Consumer account holders: We automatically send you a text message with the verification code when you create a new recipient, change the details of an existing recipient or change your personal details. If you didn't receive a text message, you can tap ‘Resend Code’ on the screen and we’ll send you another code to your number.

Corporate account holders: We automatically send you a text message with the verification code when you log in. If you didn't receive a text message, you can tap ‘Resend Code’ on the screen and we’ll send you another code to your number. This applies to GCA (Global Currency Account) holders too.
