How does 2-step verification work for businesses with multiple users?
2-step verification requires a valid mobile number for each user on your OFX account. When the user logs in, they will be required to enter a short verification code sent to their mobile number via SMS.
If your mobile number has changed please contact an OFXpert to update your information. To ensure all users can always access their accounts online, we strongly encourage you to keep the mobile number on your OFX account up-to-date.
