Why is Travelex International Payments changing to

OFX, previously known as OzForex in Australia and NZForex in New Zealand is the current provider of Travelex International Payments. All Travelex International Payments are powered by OFX and from 2 December 2019, Travelex International Payments will move to to provide clients with a better online experience. Once the move is complete,  clients can of course continue to expect to enjoy the same great service and competitive rates they always have. 

Do I need to activate my account at

No, once the move is complete you just login using your same details only via instead (you will be automatically redirected to the correct site). From 2 December 2019 you simply login via directly or download our app. It should be a seamless transition. Prior to your first transfer you will be required to accept updated Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

How long will I be able to use the Travelex International Payments website to log in to my account?

You'll be able to login via the Travelex International Payments website until 2 December 2019. After that you'll be automatically redirected to to access your account. All your account and login details will remain the same.

When can I access my account at 

You'll be able to login directly at from 2 December 2019. If you try to log in via the Travelex International Payments website after this date, you'll be automatically redirected to 

In addition to the name, what else is changing? 

You'll be able to access our streamlined platform at and our handy app. Download the app today to view live exchange rates, make transfers and track your money through to its final destination. As Travelex International Payments is already powered by OFX, there is no change to the underlying service provider.

Will I be able to access my transfer history when I log in at

Yes. Once the move is completed on 2 December 2019, all your account information and transaction history will be available from OFX and via 

Will all the client terms and conditions be the same for OFX? 

Yes, however to ensure that all clients are up to date and on the correct version of the Client Agreement you will be required to accept the new version of the Client Agreement and Privacy Policy. Your terms and conditions materially remain the same.

For Australian clients, always consider the Product Disclosure Statement and Financial Services Guide before entering into a transfer.
