Why is Travelex International Payments changing to OFX.com?
OFX, previously known as OzForex in Australia and NZForex in New Zealand is the current provider of Travelex International Payments. All Travelex International Payments are powered by OFX and from 2 December 2019, Travelex International Payments will move to OFX.com to provide clients with a better online experience. Once the move is complete, clients can of course continue to expect to enjoy the same great service and competitive rates they always have.
Do I need to activate my account at OFX.com?
How long will I be able to use the Travelex International Payments website to log in to my account?
You'll be able to login via the Travelex International Payments website until 2 December 2019. After that you'll be automatically redirected to ofx.com to access your account. All your account and login details will remain the same.
When can I access my account at OFX.com?
You'll be able to login directly at ofx.com from 2 December 2019. If you try to log in via the Travelex International Payments website after this date, you'll be automatically redirected to ofx.com.
In addition to the name, what else is changing?
You'll be able to access our streamlined platform at ofx.com and our handy app. Download the app today to view live exchange rates, make transfers and track your money through to its final destination. As Travelex International Payments is already powered by OFX, there is no change to the underlying service provider.
Will I be able to access my transfer history when I log in at OFX.com?
Yes. Once the move is completed on 2 December 2019, all your account information and transaction history will be available from OFX and via ofx.com

How do I make an international payment with OFX?
As of 2 December 2019, you'll be able to make transfers via ofx.com directly or download our app. Simply use your existing account details to log in and book a transaction. If you have any questions, we're here to help. We have a global customer service team just a phone call away 24/7.
