How to get started
Individual Shareholders
- Log into your Link Investor Centre
- Navigate to ‘Payments and Tax’ and select ‘Foreign Currency Payment’ as your payment method.
- Authorise your Link and OFX accounts to be connected.
- Confirm your receiving bank details.
- Choose your preferred currency.
- We’ll take care of the rest*.
*Please note this service is not available for receiving dividends into an AUD bank account. You can nominate a bank account in all other available currencies.
Corporate and Trust Entity Investors
- Register with OFX
- Welcome call with OFX – at this point please confirm you are a Link customer and OFX will provide you with unique account details.
- Update your payment details in the Link Investor Centre with your unique account details.
- Log in to your OFX account and add your home currency bank account details.
- Link and OFX will take care of the rest; Link will send the dividend payment in AUD. OFX automatically converts the funds into your chosen currency, paid into your nominated account in accordance with your prior instructions.
Joint-Holder Investors
- Register with OFX
- Welcome call with OFX – at this point please confirm you are a Link customer and OFX will provide you with unique account details.
- Update your payment details in the Link Investor Centre with your unique account details.
- Log in to your OFX account and add your home currency bank account details.
- Link and OFX will take care of the rest; Link will send the dividend payment in AUD. OFX automatically converts the funds into your chosen currency, paid into your nominated account in accordance with your prior instructions.

Replacement Payment process
If you have received cheques for past dividends or other entitlements which remain unpresented, you can now have those funds paid direct to your home currency account.
Simply register with OFX, then email registrars@linkmarketservices.com.au and request that your unpresented cheques be cancelled and funds paid via OFX.
