Is OFX secure to use? Is my money secure?

OFX Group has been listed on the Australian Securities Exchange since 2013 and is regulated by 55 regulators globally including MAS in Singapore. We have a global network of over 160 bank accounts to safeguard our customers’ international money transfers.
To date, OFX has processed over SG$140 billion in international transfers for over one million clients worldwide.

What do I need to do to open a Corporate account with OFX?

Once you have registered for a business account and submitted the Corporate Client Agreement online, a member of our team will give you a call for Know Your Customer (KYC) purposes. Once the information has been reviewed and approved by our Corporate Onboarding team, the OFX account will be ready to use!

I’ve registered and had my KYC call – when can I make a transfer?

Once your company documents have been verified and approved by our Corporate Onboarding team, you can begin transferring online.
If this is your first transfer, one of our team members will call you to confirm your transfer. Our global team is on hand 24/7 if you ever need help making a transfer, otherwise you can complete your own transfers online.
We'll also send you an email and/or SMS to keep you updated on the status of your transfer, or you can track your transfer via our mobile app.

Where can I transfer money to using OFX?

Lots. With over 160 bank accounts in our global network and 55 currencies (and counting) to make a transfer with, chances are you can OFX it.
Along with all the major global currencies, we have a wide range of exotic currencies to choose from. Simply select your currencies to transfer within our currency converter and we’ll tell if you can make a transfer and how long it should take.

How long does a transfer take?

Generally, no time at all. Since we have a global network of bank accounts, making a transfer with us is not only secure, but also very fast.
As soon as you send us your funds, we’ll transfer them to your recipient. The time it takes for us to transfer the funds to your recipient depends on the country, but in most cases it takes 1-2 business days.
Our currency converter can provide you with approximate delivery times based on your recipient’s country. Also, below you’ll find a list of standard delivery times for our most popular countries.

How do I transfer funds to you?

OFX will provide you with local bank account details to send funds to, and then we take care of the rest!

Are there any transfer fees?

OFX will not charge you any transfer fees.
*Occasionally, third-party banks may deduct a fee from your transfer before paying us or your recipient. This fee may vary and OFX receives no portion of it.

How can I track my transfer?

It’s easy! We will send you email notifications along the way when we receive and pay your transfer.
These updates can be sent via e-mail or SMS. Simply login and go to "Your Profile" tab and under "Your Preferences" you can select how you would like us to contact you.
You can also track the status of your transfer by clicking on the “Deals and Orders”.
Your “Funds Received” notification will let you know when we’ve received the funds from your bank, and your “Funds Paid” notification says when we’ve sent the funds to your recipient’s bank account.

Can I call to get help with my first transfer?

Yes! We have 24/7 support to assist you with both your account registration and transfers if need be.
