Referral program terms and conditions
1. Individuals who are related in any way to an OFX employee or an existing OFX Referral Partner are not eligible to receive the program reward. Such individuals may still make referrals. Being ‘related’ includes but is not limited to a spouse, parent or sibling.
2. Referrals must be received via the online form by OFX before December 31, 2022.
3. A Qualified Referral means the referral of a business that:
i. Is a Singapore registered business and is not an existing OFX customer or is already in contact with OFX to become a customer; and
ii. Have a monthly requirement of at least SG$30,000 in foreign currency conversions or an annual equivalent of SG$360,000; and
iii. Have attended a corporate FX & payments discovery meeting with OFX within 2 months of the referral being submitted.
4. The program reward is SG$50 worth of Giftano e-voucher per Qualified Referral, of which SG$30 will be sent to the referrer’s email address provided above, and SG$20 will be sent to the referred business. Please see here for details on the voucher. https://giftano.com/biz/giftano-gift-card/. No other reward, fee, commission or the like will be provided as a result of the referral. OFX reserves the right to replace the program reward.
